Amount of installations of Sitecore JSS Next.js NPM package is quite stable. There are constantly over 100,000 installations per month. It is quite high value. It means that there are about 140 new deployments each hour!

Sitecore released the 10.4 version on April 30, 2024, and the new version is being widely adopted. 33% of the current JSS development is based on the newest Sitecore version.

Things are even better with SXA. 70% of the current development is based on the 10.4 version.

Things are quite stable with NPM Sitecore Statistics this year(2024). Next.js continues to dominate. Next.js NPM package installations stopped growing. It means that the amount of Sitecore JSS Next.js projects that are currently in development also stopped growing. Headless approach proved one more time easier upgrades by a quick adoption of the new Sitecore version.
